By downloading, installing, or using the Focus Frames mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our App.

Focus Frames is a mobile application designed to help users develop mindful phone usage habits. The App provides features including mindful prompts, intention setting, customizable widgets, and usage tracking to promote more conscious device interaction.
License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and install the App on your personal devices
- Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access and use the features and functionality of the App
User Responsibilities
As a user of Focus Frames, you agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Keep your account information secure and confidential
Subscription and Payment Terms
Free Version
Focus Frames offers a free version with basic features. No payment is required to use the free version.
Pro Subscription
Our Pro subscription includes advanced features and is billed monthly or annually. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Pay all charges associated with your subscription
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
- Our cancellation and refund policy as outlined in your app store's terms
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Focus Frames and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our App without explicit written permission.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Focus Frames is designed to promote mindful technology use but is not a medical device or treatment. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have concerns about your device usage or mental health, consult with a healthcare professional.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus Frames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
